With the ability to produce more than 300 steel alloys, Fonderia Augusta offers its customers the possibility to count on a single strategic partner, thus avoiding moving patterns to various foundries in Italy for the production of the same geometry in different alloys. Similar flexibility in terms of weight ranges is also guaranteed by the manual and semi-automatic moulding systems and by 4 induction furnaces of different capacities that allow the company to produce castings from a few kg to over 4 tons.

Each steel casting produced by Fonderia Augusta is accompanied by certificates of chemical analysis and mechanical tests, as required by European and International standards. In addition, it is possible to add quality certificates requested by the customer. Fonderia Augusta operates in a quality, safe and sustainable management system compliant with UNI EN ISO 9001: 2015, UNI EN ISO 1400: 2015 and UNI 45001: 2018 standards.
