Augusta Foundry is specialized in steel castings. Among the most requested stainless steels, there are martensitic steels, austenitic steels, duplex and super duplex steels. Fonderia Augusta also produces carbon steel castings, low-alloy steels, nickel-based alloys and wear-resistant cast irons.

Fonderia Augusta steel castings are accompanied by chemical analysis certificates and other quality certificates based on the customer’s requests. Steel castings are supplied in small and medium series, but it is also possible to request a steel cast part as a sample.

In addition to steel castings, Fonderia Augusta collaborates with structured and certified machine shops that guarantee an impeccable service of mechanical processing. As for steel castings, Fonderia Augusta can also manage small and medium series on different sizes components through the complete management of the order by the Machining Manager. Fonderia Augusta manages mechanical machining of roughing, finishing, grinding / lapping with related NDT controls and it handles any dimensional reports using 3D control tools.
